As a Junior GTM Associate, you will be working at the intersection of AI, data and commercial strategy. You will help bring new data products to market, analyse how companies use IP data worldwide, and support strategic decisions that directly impact growth. From researching markets and competitors to working with AI tools and supporting sales initiatives, you will play an active role in how Lighthouse IP positions and develops its products.

Lighthouse IP is an international organisation with the world’s most complete IP database, containing patents, trademarks and designs. Our data is used by companies and platforms that deliver IP insights and analytics worldwide, and in some cases directly by end users. To strengthen our commercial and strategic activities, we are looking for a Junior GTM Associate. In this role, you will contribute to commercial strategy, marketing initiatives and market analysis behind our data- and AI-driven products. This position is ideal for a recent HBO or WO graduate with an interest in AI, data, marketing, sales and strategy.

• Supporting go-to-market strategies for new products and datasets
• Conducting market research on customers, competitors and industry trends
• Using AI tools to improve research, analysis and workflows
• Supporting sales and marketing activities
• Contributing to presentations, analyses and strategic projects
• Collaborating with commercial, data and product team

You will work closely with the Head of GTM and have plenty of opportunities to develop your skills.

• Completed HBO or WO degree
• Interest in AI, technology, data, marketing, sales or analysis
• Experience with AI tools (study or internships)
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Available full-time (36–40 hours)
• Analytical, curious and structured

• CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce)
• Prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
• Data analysis or research
• AI applications and automation
