Japan Patent Office has released Japan Patent Office Annual Report 2022

The 2022 report focuses on statistical data, to give readers a better understanding of the current situation regarding applications and registrations from Japan and abroad, and examinations and trials.

The Canadian Intellectual Property Office has released a preview of the updated Manual of Patent Office Practice (MOPOP) that will come into force on October 3, 2022.

The main purpose of this amendment is to simplify the review.
