The European Patent Office (EPO) published a study that reveals the clear link between technology standards and patents. The study leverages the EPO’s vast prior art databases, which include over 5.5 million documents from standards development organisations (SDOs).​

USPTO announced new filing option available online for Trademark Trial and Appeal Board customers

The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) announced an added option for Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) customers to file a petition for cancellation in our new system, TTAB Center. The new filing functionality has been launched on May 12, 2025.
