DesignEuropa Awards 2026: Celebrating a decade of design that shapes the future

The winners of the 10th anniversary edition of the DesignEuropa Awards have been announced, marking yet another successful edition of the European Union Intellectual Property Office’s (EUIPO) flagship initiative recognising excellence in design and the importance of protecting it through the EU Design system. As the celebrations conclude, the DesignEuropa Awards now look ahead to their next edition, which are set take place in Prague, Czechia, in September 2027.

INPI: Patent Services Module: new application filing is now available

Instituto Nacional da Propriedade Industrial (INPI) informs that the second version of the Patent Services Module is now available. From now on, filing national applications and entering the national phase of the PCT can be done directly on the new platform with the online issuance and payment of the Union Collection Guide (GRU) in an integrated way.
